Full-Time Sales Professional/Design Consultant – Albany, NY and Clifton Park, NY 

Mooradians Furniture is expanding in both of our locations.  We are seeking a professional to join our Sales Team where you will assist our customers with fulfilling their decorating needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customers throughout our showroom
  • Ability to quickly learn manufacturer’s specifications and be able to provide product education to the consumer
  • Assist customers with furniture selection, including size, color and/or pattern choice
  • Ability to create and process both regular and special orders
  • Responsible for tracking customer orders from point of sale to delivery
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all our customers
  • Must be willing to work 32-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends!

  • Must be a quick learner with ability to retain product information

Full-Time Sales Vendor and Customer Communications Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to manage our external and internal communications. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf. Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong communications specialist. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary sales staff support
  • Monitor supply chain constrictions and update sales staff
  • Develop positive relationships with vendors
  • Serve as lead point of contact between vendors and internal departments
  • Monitor open orders: tracking and resolving any issues with vendors and / or sales staff
  • Check out customers via cash register; including processing checks, cash and credit cards payments
